Entry-Level Loan Officer (Paid Training + Uncapped Earnings)

As a Loan Officer in training, you’ll gain real-world experience while building a strong foundation in sales, finance, and client relationship management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Train directly under top-performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Learn and apply proven sales techniques through hands-on coaching
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from warm leads
• Guide clients through loan options and the application process
• Use CRM and loan origination systems to track and manage clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in team meetings, contests, and performance incentives
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment

Ideal Candidate:

• No prior mortgage experience required — full training provided
• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of sales, customer service, or commission-based experience
• Outgoing, competitive, and confident working with people
• Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
• Highly motivated by income potential, growth, and performance
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly

This is a Permanent position based out of Southfield, MI.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
