Job Description Job Description Job Responsibilities/Requirements General carpentry (framing, etc.) Roofing prep and installation (asphalt shingles) Soffit/Fascia installation Exterior siding installation (vinyl, Hardie, wood) Excavation Window installation Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure the client’s property is respected and protected. Possessing hand tools, cordless drill, cordless impact gun and other general power tools. Ceramic tile installation Job Skills and Qualifications Previous experience installing roofing and siding. Ability to use an aluminum brake to fabricate trim pieces for windows, doors, roof flashing, etc. Must be able to work at high elevations. Ability to operate equipment such as a skid-steer and mini-excavator. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as climbing ladders/scaffold, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 80 lbs. Willingness to perform various other renovation tasks as needed. Outstanding attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
