Director, Real Estate Asset Management & Transactions
MidPen Housing Corporation
MidPen Housing Corp. is seeking a Director of Asset Management, Real Estate Transactions in Foster City (or East Bay Office). You will supervise the Real Estate Transactions Team, manage capital events, and coordinate across departments to maximize portfolio performance.
You will report to the VP of Asset Management and work with boards, committees, and external partners to drive refinancing, rehab, and grant initiatives while maintaining strong communication with residents and staff.
