What you need for this position: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, or finance. Masters, CPA or EA is preferred but not required. 5+ years’ experience in public accounting. Expert in corporate income tax preparation and/or individual income tax preparation. Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to explain complex tax issues in an understandable manner. Strong attention to detail, follow up, and follow-through.
