HVAC Lead Installer (54718)

## DescriptionWe are looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! Applicants must have minimum of 2-3 years of Install Lead experience. Wages depend on experience.Responsibilities:* Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems* Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements* Perform routine preventative maintenance* Responding to emergency service requests* Adhere to all safety policies and proceduresQualifications:* Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields* Familiarity with wiring diagrams* Ability to handle physical workload* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsInstallers and technicians work 8+ hours a day, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday. Overtime is available approximately 12 to 16 weeks a year. Candidates must be able to work on ladders, in attics and crawl spaces. Must be open to learning and taking direction from management. It is important to have your EPA and Nate Certifications. Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. This position requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and mechanical aptitude.Education and ExperienceThis position requires a minimum of six months prior HVAC installation experience. Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job.
