Job Description

·                     Support process development, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing operations

·                     Drive new product development efforts including trials and seamless transition to full-scale production

·                     Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction opportunities throughout the organization

Key Requirements 

·                     BS in Engineering required

·                     Proficiency in 3D Design combined with process improvement expertise

·                     Experience in tooling and fixture design preferred

·                     2–3+ years of experience in new product introduction (NPI) environments
