As a Packer, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the packaging line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, aligning with the organization’s commitment to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Place inspected cookies into the correct tray or container on the designated line. Count, inspect, and straighten as necessary and pack the correct number of finished products into approved trays or conveyor slots. Rotate positions with other packing staff as directed. Maintain a clean work area and assist with sanitation tasks. Follow GMPs and HACCP program guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP. Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted and stand/walk 90% of shift. Good verbal communication and basic math skills. Team player with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
