Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before the start date
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred, but motivated new graduates are also welcome to apply
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and family members to support each student’s IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress notes, and required reports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development sessions
• Support students through both direct and consultative services
• Help create an inclusive educational environment that meets the communication needs of all learners
