Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Fargo, ND. This role requires expertise in respiratory therapy within a dynamic and fast-paced acute care setting. The successful candidate will join a robust team at one of Fargo's leading facilities, specializing in the delivery of high-quality care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.

Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist

• Conduct respiratory therapy assessments and follow protocols
• Perform arterial punctures and blood gas analysis
• Manage ventilator and NIV therapy
• Deliver medication and perform airway clearance
• Assist with intubations and bedside trach placements
• Handle tracheostomy changes, decannulation, and extubations
• Participate in emergency response teams and ICU rounds
• Ensure safe patient intrahospital transport

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist

• ND state license or willingness to apply within 72 hours of offer acceptance
• BLS - AHA certification required
• RRT - NBRC certification preferred, CRT considered
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in respiratory therapy
• Level 1 trauma and ICU experience
• Experience in facilities with 300+ beds
