Overview Title: Data & Technology Associate Strategy: Entrepreneurial Job Type: Full-time / Strategic Associate Location: Malibu, Agoura Hills Divine Imaging is an established woman‑owned federal and military supplier selling to the U.S. Government, Military and Quasi‑government buyers. We’re looking for new blood: a fresh leader/entrepreneur who understands e‑commerce sales inside out and has the technical chops to help an already successful company firmly into the 21st century. You’ll work directly with the CEO to grow revenue, modernize systems, and build scalable, automated processes. You live in this world. Core Competencies Strategic Leadership: Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build vendor relations. Execution: You are a multitasker who can collaborate with leadership to drive revenue. Innovation: You have the diverse skill set required to modernize legacy systems. Tools & Tech (You’re also the Smartest IT Person in the Room) We want someone who can understand our current infrastructure and design and build better, more efficient network and systems, not just use them. Expert‑level: Excel, Alteryx, QuickBooks, EDI, e‑Commerce platforms, AI implementation, data automation, VBA. Comfortable connecting systems, automating manual work, and turning messy data into clean, actionable dashboards. What You Bring Meaningful, hands‑on experience with data and e‑commerce. Understanding of federal purchasing landscape (GSA, FEDMALL, TXMAS, eBuy, DIBBS, ECAT etc.). Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and multi‑task across functions (sales, operations, vendors, finance). Entrepreneurial mindset – you think like an owner, you see the whole enterprise, you connect the dots and you’re comfortable with some ambiguity.
