The General Store, known for its rich history and commitment to the community, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Toy Clerk to join our team. As a Toy Department Clerk, you will assist customers in finding the perfect toys, offer add-on sales, and ensure a clean and organized department. Join us in delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe and enjoyable shopping environment for all.
Provide excellent customer service by guiding customers to their desired products
Assist in stocking, pricing, and maintaining a well-organized department
Ensure a positive and safe work environment for all associates
Offer feedback on inventory levels to enhance department profitability
Proactively assist customers and solve their problems
Maintain excellent product knowledge and provide guidance on products
Keep track of merchandise and ensure the department is well recovered
Assist with online orders and provide support in store operations
Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment
High School or GED equivalent required
Previous retail experience desired
Product knowledge of trading cards and trading card games a plus.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb
Pay Rate: $17.13 hourly.
