Schedule:

  • Day shift, weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am-7:00pm
  • Flexibility required to meet departmental needs
Desired Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited MRI program
  • ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • At least 1 year of experience in MRI imaging
  • Proficiency with pulse sequence parameters, MRI safety, and anatomy/pathology interpretation
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct safe, accurate MRI scans following department protocols
  • Prepare and position patients, ensuring dignity and comfort
  • Collect clinical history, assess for contraindications, and administer contrast when indicated
  • Execute and verify pre- and post-procedural safety checks
  • Maintain compliance with quality control, documentation, and regulatory standards
  • Assist in training peers and supporting multi-disciplinary team goals
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and operate all MRI-related equipment
