Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to oversee technical success within project teams and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Take ownership of the technical success of project teams, guiding design and implementation, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client objectives.
• Project Leadership : Head up teams on client engagements, managing specific features or services, and overseeing technical quality.
• Mentorship : Mentor and motivate junior developers, ensuring strong technical standards and team cohesion.
• Client Collaboration : Engage with client technical stakeholders, working closely to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with delivery leads to keep projects on time and on budget, coordinating with product owners and designers for innovative solutions.

Experience & Skills

• Technical Expertise : 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with proficiency across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure. Familiarity with technologies such as C#, Java/Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, AWS, Azure, iOS, Android, and SQL databases.
• Quick Learner : Ability to adapt to new tech stacks and industries rapidly.
• Architecture & Design : Solid understanding of best practices for technical architecture and the ability to design systems in new environments.
• Communication & Collaboration : Strong communicator, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build rapport with clients.
• Client-focused : Proven track record of delivering impactful results for clients, with a focus on technical maturity and business needs.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary : £55,800-£73,200, based on experience.
• Profit Share : An additional £6,500 - £15,750, dependent on experience and company performance.
• Pension : 5% of salary.
