NOW HIRING - STRUCTURAL FITTERS | GARRETT, INDIANA
We are currently hiring Structural Fitters for a conveyor installation project in Garrett, Indiana. Project duration is approximately 7 months.
Pay & Schedule:
- $20/hour (regular).
- $30/hour (overtime).
- Approximately 55 hours per week.
- $100 per diem (paid per day worked).
Requirements:
- English required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in structural fitting or mechanical installation.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment and follow safety protocols.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and assembly of conveyor systems.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and layout drawings.
- Aligning, positioning, and securing structural components.
- Use of hand and power tools (impact guns, drills, levels, etc.).
- Assisting with rigging, bolting, and equipment setup.
- Following all safety standards and procedures.
Preferred:
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Forklift experience.
