We are currently looking for a Full Time Onboarding Experience Coordinator to join our Onboarding Experience team located at the North Regional Training Center working 6:30AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th.

The Onboarding Experience Coordinator is responsible for executing the goals and vision of the Chickasaw Nation's onboarding strategy and create/maintain a foundational onboarding experience for new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the maintenance and ordering of orientation materials and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory
• Facilitates New Hire Orientation training
• Communicate any changes to the current process and share identifiable areas for improvement with the manager
• Maintain orientation data such as employee attendance, rehires and no-show information
• Responsible for reviewing survey data
• Communicates all orientation date changes due to Holiday's, weather, etc. to all orientation related members
• Identify opportunities for presenter development and providing plans for implementation to report to management
• Identify areas for orientation coverage when needed and utilizing our staff resources to schedule coverage while communicating with management
• Independently develop and conduct training programs on Customer Service and a variety of other topics
• Independently formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, conferences, meetings or workshops
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Responsible for setting up training room including but not limited to moving tables, chairs, setting up orientation materials, and setting up food/drink station
• Responsible for researching material for training and presentation accuracy
• Oversee the maintenance of video equipment and technology located in the training rooms
• Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and communicating with management on possible solutions
• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards

Experience:

• Essential: 1 year directly related experience
• Education: Essential: High School, GED or Equivalent
• Nonessential: Bachelors Degree in directly related field
• Nonessential: Years of experience considered in lieu of degree.

Credentials:

• Essential: Pass gaming background check
• Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
• Standard Driver's License

Working Conditions:
