Trillium Staffing is now seeking a CNC Mill Machinist in Neenah, WI!

Schedule is 2nd Shift – Monday – Wednesday 3:00 pm – 3:00 am and Thursday 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. 4-Day Work Week.

Pay rate is $25–$38/hr + $2 second shift bonus | Overtime Available.

A growing machining company in Neenah is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with strong mill machining experience. Direct hire! If you're a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up, program, and hold tight tolerances without being micromanaged, this is a great position for you.

This employer is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join a stable, well-run operation that values precision, consistency, and accountability.

This is not an operator role. We're looking for a true setup machinist.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and run CNC Mills
• Load, edit, and troubleshoot G & M code programs
• Set tooling, offsets, fixtures, and work holding
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Hold tight tolerances and produce to print
• Make adjustments independently to maintain quality

Schedule & Pay:

• 2nd Shift – Monday – Wednesday 3:00 pm – 3:00 am and Thursday -3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• 40–50 hours per week
• Optional overtime on Fridays
• $25–$38/hr depending on experience
• $2/hr shift differential

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of CNC mill machining experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Confident with G & M code
• Experience holding tight tolerances
• Comfortable running jobs start-to-finish
