Job Description We are looking for a System Administrator to be responsible for VMware vSphere installation, configuration, and management. This position will be full-time and fully remote for candidates residing in Florida. What You'll Do VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter Server) - installation, configuration, and management SAN and traditional storage management Virtual machine provisioning, templates, and lifecycle management Performance monitoring and capacity planning Storage: SAN/NAS technologies (Dell EMC, Pure Storage, etc.) Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, load balancing (F5) Backup/Recovery: Veeam Operating Systems: Windows Server and Linux administration What You'll Need Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning Experience with monitoring tools Knowledge of security best practices and hardening procedures Patch management and upgrade planning experience Documentation skills for procedures and infrastructure diagrams Technical Skills - Core VMware Scripting: PowerShell, Ansible experience Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
