Duties as a Survey Crew Member - Coastal Chinook Research and Monitoring Program (Biological Science Assistant) in Newport, and Springfield, Oregon are: Fish collection and processing at a hatchery Spawning ground surveys for carcass recovery Creel (recreational fishery) surveys Mark-recapture surveys Request permission from private landowners to conduct surveys on their property The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
