Job Description

1st SHIFT CNC Machinist/Set-up Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machinery and make advanced adjustments to ensure precise production.
Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs, tooling, fixturing, and setup procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex CNC machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Perform part inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools to ensure parts meet quality specifications.
Train and assist CNC operators with setups, troubleshooting, and adherence to quality and production processes.
Document production data, setups, inspections, and machine performance in ERP systems and maintain accurate records.

CNC Machinist/Set-up Requirements:

3+ years of machinist experience with lathes or mills, including 1+ year of set-up experience
Ability to interpret blueprints and understand GD&T and G&M codes
Compliance with safety regulations and proficient use of measuring instruments

Monday -Thursday schedule, enjoy a three day weekend!!
