Fire Sprinkler Project Coordinator The Fire Sprinkler Project Coordinator works closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans, manage administrative support, resources, and timeframes for projects. Main duties include maintaining work schedules, organizing and participating in project meetings, and ensuring all project deadlines are met. Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to Project Managers. Evaluate potential problems and technical issues and develop solutions. Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information. Supervise current projects and coordinate team members to keep workflow on track. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored. Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails. Communicate with Project Managers to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost‑saving measures. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience with administrative support; construction administrative/clerical support preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to maintain strong relationships. Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Team‑management and leadership skills. Documentation management and ability to use project management tools. Attention to detail even under pressure. Time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Other Duties Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy. Perform other duties as assigned.
