Ennoble Care está buscando una enfermera registrada de hospicio por hora en la región de Oklahoma City, OK, para brindar cuidado y apoyo a pacientes en estado terminal. Su presencia y servicios deben brindar consuelo a la persona que enfrenta el final de su vida y ayudarle a alcanzar la aceptación y la paz mental. Una naturaleza compasiva y excelentes habilidades interpersonales lo convertirán en un buen candidato para este puesto. El objetivo es ayudar a los pacientes a vivir sus últimos días con dignidad y comodidad. Responsabilidades del puesto Colaborar con médicos y otros profesionales para planificar la atención. Triage de llamadas telefónicas. Realizar visitas al paciente según sea necesario para evaluar su condición. Brindar apoyo y consuelo de acuerdo con las necesidades individuales del paciente. Trabajar con cuidadores para planificar y ejecutar una atención al paciente excelente. Ayudar en la administración de medicamentos. Aliviar síntomas repentinos de la fase final de la enfermedad. Notificar a un médico sobre la condición de un paciente cuando se considere necesario. Ayudar a los pacientes y sus familias con la documentación. Mantener registros precisos. Ayudar a los familiares a sobrellevar la pérdida inminente. Proporcionar apoyo post-mortem. Requisitos Conocimientos en el cuidado de pacientes terminales, realizando tareas como la administración de medicamentos y la provisión de apoyo emocional. Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, atención al detalle y naturaleza compasiva. Licencia válida de enfermero registrado. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ennoble Care
