Must-Have: Current wound care certification preferred but not required. Knowledge of infection control principles and patient safety techniques. Demonstrated critical thinking skills in rapidly changing situations. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service and communication skills, including oral, written, and listening skills. Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and maintain confidentiality. Capable of managing stressful situations calmly and professionally. Reliability in work schedule is essential. Flexibility and willingness to accept additional duties as assigned. Must have full COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption.
