Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate full-time Home Health PTA Physical Therapy Assistant to work with us to provide exceptional and individualized care in Lee county (Fort Myers and surrounding area). Locations: Home health visits in Lee county (Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs, Estero, and surrounding areas) Provides physical therapy services to patients in compliance with agency policies and procedures, federal and state regulations, following the plan of care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Florida. Minimum of one (1) year experience as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Home Health care experience preferred.
