Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $600,000+ annually
• Additional Compensation:
  • $50,000 signing bonus

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care within a well-established clinic
• Conduct patient consultations, follow-up visits, and in-office procedures
• Perform inpatient surgeries or coordinate with hospitalist teams for hospital care
• Collaborate with primary care providers and support staff
• Document in Epic EMR system and manage patient care efficiently
• Participate in on-call rotation for clinic and hospital coverage
• Engage in teaching and mentoring APPs and clinical staff
• Contribute to community health initiatives and quality improvement programs

What You Need

• Medical degree and valid MD/DO license in Missouri
• Board-certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• J1 visa sponsorship eligibility
• At least 1 year of surgical and clinical experience

• Experience with inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to quality patient outcomes
