Schedule:

Hospital: M-F
Clinic: Tues & Thurs + possible night call

Practice Type: Office/Clinic & Hospital

Caseload:

Practice Percentage: Adult 100%; Trauma 10%; Office/Clinic 25%; Hospital 75%
Average No. of office/clinic patients per physician per day: 10; Scheduled - 10; Add-ons - 1
Average No. of hospital patients per physician day: 5-10; Admissions: 1-2; ICU: 2; Surgeries: 1-5

Worksite Resources:

4 Exam Rooms
Lab & X-ray onsite: No
Office ancillary staff: 1 lpn, 1 scheduler, 1 APP in clinic
Documentation: EPIC (Office/Clinic & Hospital)

Cardiac/Thoracic Required Procedures:

General CV/thoracic surgery* - open
Coronary artery bypass surgery - on pump
Valvular - repair & replacement

Cardiac/Thoracic Preferred Procedures:

Congential defects (ASD, VSD, PFO, etc.)
Aneurysm repair - cardiac & aorto-thoracic

Submission Requirements

Board Certified (Thoracic) - REQUIRED
CO License - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
Flu Vaccine - REQUIRED
Must be able to provide 7-10+ days of coverage per month - REQUIRED (Note at time of name clear)
