Overnight CDL-A Driver – Local Routes

Steady Work | Strong Pay | Home After Every Shift

Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers who want reliable, year-round work and don't mind getting their hands dirty. If you're looking for a stable overnight role with solid pay, overtime, and full benefits , this could be a great fit.

This is local overnight field service work operating tanker and vacuum trucks at commercial and industrial sites. It's hands-on, physical work — but it's honest, essential, and recession-resistant . And yes… it pays well

What You'll Do

Operate CDL-A tanker/vacuum trucks safely and efficiently
Perform overnight service work at customer facilities
Use industrial equipment such as hoses, pumps, and tanks
Complete DVIRs, safety checks, and service documentation
Work outdoors or industrial environments
Represent LES professionally with customers and teammates

Schedule & Work Environment

Overnight / night shift (required)
Local routes — no long-haul, no hotels
Overtime, weekends, and longer shifts available
Year-round work — no seasonal layoffs

What We're Looking For

Valid CDL A license (Tanker endorsement required)
Minimum 1 full year of verifiable CDL driving experience
Ability to perform physical work: lifting, pulling, climbing, bending
Comfort working in dirty, greasy, industrial settings
Strong safety mindset and acceptable driving record
Dependable, self-directed, and accountable

What You Get

Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities
Full benefits package
medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
Well-maintained, modern equipment
Local work — go home when your shift ends
A stable company doing essential work that doesn't slow down

Why Drivers Stay

At LES, our drivers value job security, consistency, and being treated with respect . You'll work hard — but you'll be paid fairly, supported by a team, and have dependable work you can count on.

Apply today if you're ready for steady overnight driving with real earning potential.
