Location : Seattle, WA OR REMOTE 

Position : Contract 

Mandatory Skills : workforce management, time and leave maintenance



  Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Time and Leave Management with extensive workforce experience and comprehensive testing expertise. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our time tracking, leave management systems, and workforce planning processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in time and leave management
  •  
  • Preferred experience in automotive or manufacturing workforce management
  •  
  • Proven track record of implementing and testing time tracking systems
  •  
  • Extensive experience with workforce management software and HRIS platforms
Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in time and leave management software
  •  
  • Expert-level knowledge of workforce management technologies
  •  
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems
  •  
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
  •  
  • Expertise in compliance tracking and reporting
Professional Competencies:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced certification in Workforce Management (SHRM-SCP, HRCI preferred)
