At River Ridge, you'll have the opportunity to work in a specialized brain injury program supporting individuals on both short-term recovery and long-term journeys. This is a setting where care goes beyond routine tasks — offering the chance to build meaningful connections, support independence, and be part of each resident's progress in a truly impactful way.

Base Pay starts at $23-$26.50. We also offer shift differentials ranging from $1.50/hour to $6.50/hour depending on the shift.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
