Job Description & Requirements Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75 This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:30a-7:30p · Patients per day: 20-25 · Practice Setting: Clinic · Scope: Urgent Care · State Licensure: California state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified. · Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks Facility Location Located in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, Van Nuys has a large recreation area with basketball courts, a children’s play area, soccer fields and lighted tennis courts. Take a short drive into Los Angeles, visit Disney Land, tour Tinseltown or go shopping at the famous Grove. Stay in town and try one of the many restaurants, tour the Japanese Gardens or go shopping at one of the many shops.
