Internship Overview

Get an insider view of the fast-changing grocery retail industry while developing relevant business, technical and leadership skills geared towards enhancing your career. This paid Internship experience is an opportunity to help drive business results in an environment designed to promote and reward diversity, innovation and leadership. Our mission is to create impactful early talent programs that provide cohorts with meaningful project work, learning and development sessions, and mentorship opportunities. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027. We have a hybrid work environment that requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Please submit your resume including your cumulative GPA. Transcripts may be requested at a future date.

Department/Position Description

The Strategy Team is driven by putting the customer at the center of all they do and is constantly looking for ways to evolve the omnichannel grocery experience. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment to develop and execute ADUSA's most critical strategic initiatives. The Strategy Intern will work on strategic projects in partnership with a strategy team member, such as:

• Co-developing strategic recommendations for the organization
• Developing supporting analytics and presentation
• Participating in key team discussions and to share analysis, viewpoints, and rationales
• Assisting with various ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation development, often in partnership with strategy managers and analysts

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar field
• Interest in strategy, consulting, grocery retail industry, CPG
• Creative, structured, and objective problem solver, both conceptually and analytically
• Enjoys creating presentations and telling a story through visuals
• Ready to work hard in a fun and fast paced environment to create tangible change
• Collaborative, enjoys working on teams

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position. ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20 IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80
