Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience to provide patient care across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate must be adaptable to various shifts, compliant with travel requirements, and capable of floating to different facility locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain compliance with facility policies.
• Float seamlessly between campuses including Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion to meet staffing needs.
• Complete required modules via HealthStream prior to start date and maintain ongoing education.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and document patient progress accurately.
• Follow all on-call procedures, arriving within one hour when called.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent, continuous MS experience.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Have recent travel experience within the last year; no first-time travelers.
• Be willing to float to multiple campuses and work night shift (3x12s).
• Must be willing to work in a smoke-free facility with a Tier2 travel compliance requirement.
