Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Stryker Robotics seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support assembly of complex electromechanical robotic systems. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, validating manufacturing processes, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and collaborating across engineering and operations teams in a regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and lead root cause investigations to resolve production challenges
• Execute process validation and equipment qualification activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ per regulatory requirements
• Analyze manufacturing data using statistical tools to improve process capability and identify quality or cost improvements
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain on design for manufacturability and new product introductions
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, SOPs, FMEAs, and control plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Robotics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with complex mechanical or electromechanical assemblies
• Background in regulated manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO 13485 preferred
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Minitab, or GD&T preferred

Compensation: $77,700 - $129,500 USD annual
