Director of Enterprise Applications

About the Role

We're seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead our business applications and data strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role - we're looking for a true player/coach, someone who can roll up their sleeves alongside the team while also providing strategic direction, not just a hands-off manager.

This role sits at the intersection of business applications and data warehousing, with significant ownership over how our systems connect, scale, and support the business as we grow.

What You'll Own

• Lead our enterprise applications strategy, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Own both Business Applications (75%) and Data Warehousing (25%) - this role owns the full picture rather than splitting responsibilities with a separate data team
• Drive integrations across our systems - a critical priority for this role
• Manage and support our Salesforce CRM environment
• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 direct reports

What We're Looking For

• Proven Director-level experience in enterprise applications, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong background in systems integrations
• Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor
• Willingness to be onsite 4-5 days per week
