This is a hybrid, based in San Jose, CA (3 days onsite) role, reporting to the Director, Product Management in the Product Management department. You drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Zscaler’s Data Security capabilities, helping expand a cloud security platform built for innovation, scale, and business enablement.What you’ll do (Role Expectations)Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Data Security products, including Web DLP and Email DLPDefine, document, and prioritize product requirements using market research, competitive insights, and customer feedbackPartner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Support, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to take ideas from concept to successful deliverySupport product deployment and sales enablement across beta and production environments in collaboration with Support, Operations, and Sales teamsDrive and execute go-to-market plans with Marketing and Sales to ensure adoption and measurable product successWho You Are (Success Profile)You thrive in ambiguity. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain3–5 years of product management experience delivering Cyber Security solutions Proven experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data classification products with understanding of legacy tools and modern AI-based classification methodsStrong technical foundation in Data Security, Email, Proxy, CASB, DSPM & adjacent technologiesStrong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to operate across technical and business stakeholdersWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience building roadmap for Data Security, Data Loss Prevention, or advanced AI-based automated data classification solutionsTechnical degree or a background in hands-on engineering, providing the architectural depth needed to lead complex product modulesKnowledge of Browsers, Browser plugins and endpoint agents, security frameworks and compliance standards#LI-AJ1#LI-HybridZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
