As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a global team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) specialized in delivery of dark fiber and leased capacity from third‑party network providers. Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and best practices for efficient, scalable, and on‑time fiber deployment worldwide. Oversee a portfolio of complex, hyperscale fiber deployment programs, encompassing long‑haul dark fiber, metro fiber, and leased capacity solutions. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including network engineers, carriers, vendors, and internal Google teams. Cultivate a high‑performing and team environment, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
