Imagine your shift begins with a toolbox check and a quick safety huddle. You review digital work orders, head to a line that needs a precision alignment, and then move on to troubleshooting a pump train. By midday, you’re testing equipment to confirm it meets the manufacturer’s specs, and later you’re fabricating a bracket to keep production humming. • Champion safe work practices and ensure health and safety remain the top priority
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, disassemble/rebuild machinery, and return assets to service
• Test repaired and assembled equipment to confirm performance and compliance with OEM specifications
• Use computerized instrumentation and digital systems to run diagnostics and complete work orders
• Weld and fabricate components to restore or improve equipment operation
• Complete other related maintenance assignments as needed

• 3–5 years of millwright-type experience (preferred)
• Background in plant maintenance: PMs, installations, welding, electrical, and/or pipefitting
• Formal training or hands-on experience in welding
• Hydraulic systems knowledge
• Experience with pumps; familiarity with centrifugal and diaphragm pumps is a plus
• Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, reaching, climbing, and material handling

• Equipment and mechanical troubleshooting
• Pneumatics knowledge and diagnostics
• Motor maintenance, repair, and replacement
• Maintenance fundamentals and repair craftsmanship
• Equipment installation and wiring
• Experience in environments such as aerospace manufacturing, chemical plants, paper mills, and ammunition facilities

• Pneumatic pumps
• Sump pumps
• Centrifugal pumps
