In this role, you'll provide life‑saving care to patients with end‑stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required—just a commitment to compassionate, high‑quality care. Key Benefits Full‑time RN role offers a $5,000 retention bonus and $7,500 for RNs with 1 year of dialysis experience.
