RN Unit Supervisor CV Neuro ICU - Nights Alexandria, VA, United States Job Identification: 684575 Posting Date: 06/21/2026, 10:30 PM Job Schedule: Full time Locations: Inova Alexandria Hospital Job Description Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a full-time RN Unit Supervisor for the Cardiac Vascular Neuro ICU. This is a 16‑bed unit focusing on vascular and neuro patient populations. Night shift position – 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Sign on Bonus and Relocation Bonus for eligible RNs. A Unit Supervisor at Inova is A front‑line leader accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to quality and best practices to improve clinical operation of the unit; embraces and uses research behind nursing practice and quality tools. Supports unit‑based shared governance and decentralized decision‑making. Minimum Qualifications Experience: Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience. Education: BSN or Associate Degree RN within one year of obtaining BSN. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS within 90 days. Licensure: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse. Completion of RN Unit Supervisor and Charge Nurse Training within 3 months. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of ICU RN experience. Charge nurse or supervisory experience.
