Project Manager - High End Residential

Construction Project ManagerCurrently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to fill an opening with a high-end residential general contractor located in New York, NY. Interested candidates should have at least 10 years of project management experience, and 5 years of that must be on high-end residential work in NYC with a general contractor or construction management firm. We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated experience managing large-scale jobs.Responsibilities of the Project Manager - High-end Residential ConstructionDirect responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from preconstruction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.Report directly to senior managementOversee budget managementDevelopment and management of all project documentationSubcontractor contract managementProject reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.Requirements of the Project Manager - High-end Residential ConstructionDemonstrated experience managing large-scale jobs.At least 10 years of project management experience.At least 5 years managing high-end residential construction projectsEngineering, Architecture, Construction Management degree or equivalent education and experience.Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.Compensation for the Project Manager - High-end Residential ConstructionThe starting annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000.00 to $160,000.00 depending on experience.
