• 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
• 6:30 pm - 6:30 am shifts
• 10 - 20 patients per shift
• 30-bed department
• Chest tube removal and management required
• No surgical or operating room responsibilities
• Nocturnal coverage only with no call required
• Minimum 3 months with strong potential for extension
