Pay: $25-26 per hour, based on experience Benefits: Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Accrual Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Primary Responsibilities: As a Housing Case Manager, you will provide individualized support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness by: Completing shelter intakes and comprehensive assessments. Developing housing stability plans with each participant. Connecting guests with housing, healthcare, mental health, substance use treatment, employment, education, childcare, legal services, and public benefits. Assisting with housing searches, rental applications, landlord communication, lease education, and move-in coordination. Advocating for clients by attending appointments and collaborating with community partners. Maintaining accurate case notes and documentation. Managing a caseload of approximately 12–18 individuals, meeting with each participant weekly or more frequently as needed. Participating in Coordinated Entry, housing coalition meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development. Supporting shelter operations and participating in an on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks. Qualifications: We’re seeking someone who is: Compassionate and committed to serving people experiencing homelessness. Skilled at building trusting relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Experienced in case management, social services, peer support, crisis intervention, or a related field. Familiar with trauma-informed, person-centered care. Organized, dependable, and comfortable using electronic documentation systems.
