• Location: Taos, NM (Taos County)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $7,260 - $7,660
• Start Date: June 8, 2026
• Duration: Multiple dates available through June 2027
• Shift: 8-hour days (7:00am - 3:00pm)
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Call Schedule: Every 3rd night (3:00pm - 7:00am), 20-minute response time required
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
• EMR System: MedAxion
• Number of Providers: 4 CRNAs
• Number of ORs: 3 operating rooms

• Active CRNA certification (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA experience required
• DEA and CSR required
• AHA-issued BLS and ACLS (and other required certifications as applicable)
• Proof of competency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks (case logs required)
• State CRNA license preferred (or ability to obtain NM licensure timely)

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad case mix: endoscopy, OB/GYN, pediatrics, general surgery, vascular, orthopedics, ENT, acute pain management, and outpatient procedures
• Perform regional anesthesia including spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Practice independently in a collaborative CRNA model (no supervision required)
• Provide perioperative anesthesia care in the operating room and support emergent cases as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in MedAxion EMR
• Participate in scheduled call coverage with a 20-minute response time; support perioperative and emergency anesthesia needs
