Field Reimbursement Manager, Philly

argenx seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager in Philadelphia to serve as a reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers. The role involves educating customers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, and access strategies while partnering with internal teams to remove barriers to therapy and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reimbursement resource for healthcare providers, building relationships through in-person and virtual engagement
• Educate customers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, billing, and patient support resources
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guide providers through reimbursement challenges
• Partner with Patient Services, Market Access, and other stakeholders to coordinate strategies and address access barriers
• Develop territory plans, utilize CRM tools, and track performance metrics to manage priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience
• 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or specialty pharmacy
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and prior authorization processes
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and office staff
• Experience with therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits
• Background in neurology, immunology, rare disease, or specialty biologics preferred
