• Patient Population: 31% Medicare/50% commercial
• Supervised Model: Yes. Typically 1:3-4 supervision ratio.
• Average # of Surgical Cases: About 65/day. Estimate 5-6 cases/provider
• ORs: 14
• Active VA licenses
