Executive Driver

Job Title

Provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation for executives while ensuring confidentiality, discretion, and exceptional service. Supports light administrative functions including travel coordination and appointment scheduling.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provides safe and discreet transport for executives to meetings and other destinations. 2. Plans efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays; adjust timing or routes based on schedule changes. 3. Maintains awareness of traffic patterns, weather conditions, and alternative routes and adjust routes accordingly. 4. Ensures the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times. 5. Works with security teams when needed to support safe travel. 6. Provides administrative support, including scheduling appointments, drafting documents and memos and expense and inventory tracking, as needed, during downtime from driving responsibilities. 7. Job Qualifications

1. Proven experience as an executive driver or similar role. 2. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. 3. Defensive driving training preferred. 4. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. 5. High school education or equivalent required.
