Qualifications Established partner-level experience in patent litigation, including federal court and ITC matters Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, high-value litigation to trial. Portable book of business of $500K+ (USD) Licensed to practise in the state of Texas Responsibilities The role involves leading complex patent litigation matters, managing trial-ready teams, and providing strategic guidance across high-stakes contested matters The successful candidate will play a central role in business development and client relationship management, work closely with cross-practice colleagues on technology-related disputes, and help grow the practice in the region Proven track record of generating and developing client relationships and new matters Salary and Other Compensation The annual base salary for this position is between $300,000 – $500,000 annually .
