Salary/Pay Rate: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience).

Location: Curtis Bay, MD (Travel Required: 10% travel outside 30 miles).

Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

Project Scope: Commercial construction including site work, utility work, service and switch gear infrastructure, branch circuitry, rough-in, and trim-out.

The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in executing high-quality commercial electrical installations from the ground up. Joining our field operations team allows you to showcase your technical expertise while working with a company that refuses to cut corners. How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute commercial electrical tasks safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Read and accurately interpret blueprint drawings to lay out and execute installations.
• Install critical infrastructure including site utility work, switch gear, and branch circuitry.
• Perform comprehensive rough-in and trim-out electrical work on commercial job sites.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical circuitry issues quickly to minimize project downtime.
• Mentor apprentices and helpers to ensure they work safely and build their technical skills.
• Arrive daily on time with a professional attitude to uphold project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the commercial electrical construction field.
• Strong working knowledge of the current National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites as needed.
• Personal hand tools, battery-power hand drill

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5 or more years of commercial electrical experience.
• Completion of a formal electrical trade program or technical certification.
• Demonstrated experience guiding and instructing apprentice electricians.
• Electrical Journeyman's License in Maryland.
• OSHA 10
