Job Description
We are seeking an Recruiter to support hiring efforts for one of our clients in a fast-paced, technical environment. This individual will be responsible for managing full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of technical roles, with a strong focus on engineering and manufacturing functions. This is a high-impact role that requires strong partnership with hiring managers, the ability to manage multiple open positions, and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging top talent.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of recruiting experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles
Screen, qualify, and submit candidates aligned with both technical and cultural priorities
Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
Drive the recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and updates within ATS systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams - Have experience using Oracle
