Washington Licensed Senior Project Manager

Seeking a Washington Licensed Senior Project Manager to manage large-scale fire station construction projects in a full-time, remote capacity, focusing on project cost control, scheduling, and client relationship management. Key responsibilities Oversee project cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance from design phase to project closeout Ensure compliance with jurisdictional approvals, codes, and standards while maintaining project records and reports Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate activities of technical discipline members, consultants, and contractors Required qualifications Public sector experience in Washington, preferably with fire station or public safety facilities in the last 5 years Proven ability to manage complex capital projects through the full lifecycle Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and financial oversight Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects
