What you’ll do: Act as a primary point of contact for media planning management and partner with internal teams to scale strategies. Support the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, internal activation initiatives, and measurement strategies. Support engagement and management of media agencies, prioritizing their workflow to optimize media efforts. Participate in the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to amplify media and public reach. Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business results, overseeing content positioning and marketing programs to grow awareness and engagement across various media channels. Foster an inclusive environment, creating space for collaboration and support. Role model and empower inclusive behavior, providing constructive feedback when necessary, and act as a change agent to remove barriers to inclusion. Help develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to maximize awareness and lead generation for projects, collaborating with growth, content, and design teams, and utilizing digital tools. Support thought leadership by developing viewpoints and standards for advertising, aligning strategic efforts and priorities across broader marketing initiatives. Support analysis, tracking, and reporting on campaign/project ROI based on predetermined metrics using relevant project management systems. Track the effectiveness of each activity and collaborate closely with sales teams to maximize campaign impact. Begin to develop external relationships with venues and suppliers/agencies, including contract negotiation, event planning (spatial, audiovisual), activation logistics, and speaker management. Collect and analyze data to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights. Exercise sound judgment and champion psychological safety within the team, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives thrive. Actively mitigate biases and adapt communication styles to accommodate others, promoting learning about new identities and cultures. Participate in stakeholder partnerships to ensure content and campaigns for media and social channels are high‑quality, reflect the organizational voice, and represent the brand.
